Wireless remote control

Turn on and off the connected light bulbs from anywhere on Earth at any time. It is enough to have internet coverage.

Up to 16 million colors can be achieved. Maintain user-defined colors and save favorite colors.

How to configure the WIFI/ZIGBEE Tuya RGB controller with your phone or other Android and iOS devices? 

1 . Make sure the controller is turned on and close to your mobile phone when adding a device. 

2 . Make sure your mobile phone is connected to the WIFI/ZigBee network, and your router is working properly(2.4G).

3 . Make sure the device is ready for configuration. Refer to the EBELONG product instructions for details.

4 . Make sure that the connected devices have not reached the maximum number of WIFI/ZigBee routers. If not, please disconnect the network from some devices. 

5 . Make sure the WIFI/ZigBee password is correct when adding a new device.

6 . Make sure you choose a 2.4GHz WIFI/ZigBee network if you have a dual-band WIFI/ZigBee router.

7 . Make sure you do not use Cyrillic or other language characters to name your network.

8 . If your power supply is 12V, your LED strip should be 12V. If your power supply is 24V, your LED strip should also be 24V.

Can I control the WIFI/ZigBee controller with a 2G/3G/4G network?

When you add a device for the first time, your mobile phone and controller are required to to be connected the same WIFI/ZigBee network. After successfully adding a device, you can remotely control your device with a 2G/3G/4G network.

How can I share my device with other people?

Open the TUYA APP, select the lighting controller and press the button in the upper right corner. Touch device sharing and add, then select the country/region the user is from and enter the account(phone number or email address) you want to share with(make sure phone number or email address is registered).
