1. Product introduction The ERC1801 external controller is suitable for controlling the garbage disposal machine. By pairing with the wireless self-powered switch, the on and off of the garbage disposal machine can be controlled wirelessly. When the blocking current of the garbage disposal machine reaches the preset value, the controller can restore the garbage disposal machine to normal work through the preset forward and reverse mechanism. At the same time, the overload protection mechanism of the controller can also effectively protect the garbage disposal machine.
2. Stall mechanism (can be customized according to the actual needs of customers)
(1) When the garbage disposer is detected (if it is detected that there is a current greater than 7.5A for 0.7s, it is determined as a jam), then the garbage disposer will be shut down for 0.5s;
(2) Then switch to reverse, if no jam is detected after reverse, reverse for 5s and then switch to forward; if the jam is still detected after reverse, then shut down the garbage disposal for 0.5s, and then switch to forward rotation;
(3) After switching to forward rotation again, if no jam is detected, it will run normally; if the jam is still detected, the garbage disposer will be shut down, the buzzer will sound an alarm, and the red and blue indicator lights The prompt will continue to flash (1 flash per second). It is necessary to manually press the reset button on the controller once to reset (the two indicators stop flashing and the buzzer stops alarming), and then it can be controlled by the wireless switch.
